I keep getting this error when I click Get Video after pasting TikTok link. I’ve tried several different ones and I get the same error. I also tried turning apps on and off and turning on and off. All software is up-to-date. What now?

This app doesn’t work at all. I would always get an error message that the link failed to download after it was copied over from Tiktok to This app -I can see other reviewers had the same issue. I even tried deleting the app and re-downloading it again to see if that would fix the problem…NOPE!

It does not work at all. It keeps saying failed to get video. It works fine on my laptop but not on my phone. Then after it says failed the app freezes and won’t let me recopy and try again. I have to close it out and reopen it. Just for it to keep saying it’s failing. Highly highly disappointed and do not recommend.

Really disappointed! I just bought this app yesterday and have attempted several times to copy and upload my TikTok’s. All failed to work. I restarted my phone. Read the directions and still nothing. I paid the 20 for lifetime access and it’s not even worked once!

I was excited to finally find an app that I could use to make life easier converting TT videos into reels. Paid for the yearly subscription and now I keep getting an error message on every video that it ‘failed to save’. I’m now hunting for another app that actually works as promised.

ok so the reviews in the beginning seem promising. it says it works great. i go to try it. first they give you subscription list to pay for saving. and then i tried one tiktok; said failed to save. okay whatever next one. same thing happens again. and i go to try again for the third time but this time it just pops up the subscription list. you can’t avoid it. it pops up whenever you want to save. so unless you want to pay 29$ to save. i strongly suggest not to download this app.

I just downloaded the app and even upgraded to Premium for $20 and am still getting the “Failed to Load” error. The app has no help section or contact us section to provide next steps. Awful.

I just paid the “Lifetime” price for this app but, it won’t let me download ANY videos, whether they come from my own account or someone else’s account. It should be so simple to download any video from TikTok. What’s up with that?

Find out how to delete SnapTik – Video Saver Manager on your iPhone, iPad and iPod touch.
- Touch and hold the app.
- Tap Remove App.
- Tap Delete App, then tap Delete to confirm.
If you touch and hold an app from the Home Screen and the apps start to jiggle:
- Tap the Remove icon in the top left-hand corner of the app.

Cancel a subscription on paypal
- Log in to your PayPal account at www.paypal.com.
