The CIT app allows me to keep track of our accounts and make sure I recognize all activity. I just wish I could print selected checks for our tax file! If you can add that capability, you will rate 5 stars !
It’s funny that they asked for a rating. There are so many things wrong with this app, like showing a customer their “current” outdated balance instead of “available” at the home screen. This bank was years behind other banks even getting a mobile app, then when it happened it was such a let down. It’s as if they hired the most discounted contractors led by the same senile people they’ve had in operations leadership to get this junk. They kept their head in the sand and refused to see other UI’s that other banks have such as Chase or hire new innovative people since their inception. It shouldn’t be that hard to show simplicity and be efficient. Every company is a technology company now, they need to get over themselves. The ONLY reason I haven’t switched banks YET is because of the hassle.
We are Founders Club members so we’ve been banking here for many years. The bank has continued to get worse and worse through the years. This app is terrible. I have no way to deposit a check, called help department. After working with them for half an hour the end result is they don’t know why it won’t allow me to deposit a check. Option doesn’t even show up for me. But there is a section to recap online deposits. Now that most lobbies are closed and closest drive through is half hour drive away. I’m facing the fact that I must look for a new bank.
First Mutual of Omaha Bank, then CIT & now First Citizens! Staff basically the same & can still use old checks. I laugh because my parents had an account for years in Iowa at First Citizen Bank. If my dad was a live today, he would be 102 years old.
Easy to use and understanding when doing transactions and transfers to other banks. Very professional development web page. I love it. Thank you
As. Seldom used account it is different and challenging to use. It gets easier.
Clean and functional, easy to open. Good access to past data without being charged to pull files.
Extremely easy to use and always available. Thank you
I enjoy using the App because it makes it easier to check on my account & make transactions!
User friendly and easy to use for my banking needs.
The app is extremely user-friendly really like the features and good stuff!
I use this most of the time, versus the desktop WEB UI. It does most of what I need to do. I would recommend.
This app went from semi decent to horrible with the latest update. I haven’t been able to access my account at all today. I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling and nothing has helped. I never have these issues with my other banks mobile app.
With limited bank hours would be nice if I could use deposit in app.
CIG Bank’s website is super easy to navigate.
This app makes it easy to navigate my accounts and pay my bills online.
App is great. Security is good and the app responds quickly. Great tool for accessing my account.
The new revision of this app has had issues since day 1 and now it won’t even get past the login screen because it keeps freezing or erroring out. Please bring back the old app. It was rock solid for all the years I used it and was more intuitive.
There is nothing special about this application. However, the revolving door of the ownership of Nebraska State Bank-> Mutual of Omaha Bank -> CIT BANK1 -> Cit Bank for sale —> whatever it is now is very problematic. Oh did I mention the closing of most of the branches for this once great bank?
They had a great efficient website. When they “upgraded” it is slow. Things do not flow. You have to look at many different screens. They spent a lot of money for a piece of crap website. Shame shame. HATE it. So sad.
